Even today as I did the laborious and oh so excrutiating walk of shame town was still packed. Dublin is after all Irelands damaged liver on Paddys day. I for one had a splendid day! I'd imagine my entails are translucent due to the copious amount of vodka I consumed AND the best best best bit is I don't have a hangover :) Although I do have spinadiffia ( Its like scoliosis but worse ). I contracted this painful ailment in Merrion Square in an act of youthful exuberance. That is not a sexual reference.
I really dislike when things are overratted like many days of celebration commonly are. The last few March 17ths have been unremarkable really but yesterday was up there with christmas. I did bump into the lady I babysit for which was bad luck considering I was a bit tipsy and not my most competent. Its so nice to have a week off college and not have an agenda. Its only Wednesday and I've already had a hectic few days. The drama! The disputes! Yesterday in the midst of our inner city rambles we decided to go back to Caraghs to watch The Simpsons which sadly we forgot to record ;/ I can't wait to see it. We ended up going to trashed(!) which was actually good fun and super packed. I have a strange feeling I took my shoes off though and was walking around like that as Ive never seen my feet so dirty. Strange days to be sure! I was wearing two pairs of tights and the filth still managed to seep in. Pretty cool, ja?
News reporters and cameras scare me. Global TV channels were dotted around the place hoping to catch candid behaviour from the tourists and natives alike. After being caught by RTE on my Juniour Cert results night drinking out the back of the Ambassador theatre I am suitably terrified of being caught again. I had to dance infront of the telly box to avoid my parents seeing me. I had my Garda radar turned on to the max yesterday also, its quite acute. I'm available for rent if you desire protection from being caught in your dirty dealings.
